Description
Maximum stability with the Heidbrink Root Tip Elevator 3
The Heidbrink Root Tip Elevator 3 (strong) from American Eagle is the most powerful model in the Heidbrink series. It was developed for clinical situations in which conventional, delicate tips reach their limits due to firmly seated, larger root remnants. When increased leverage is required, the “strong” version offers the necessary mechanical reserve without sacrificing the precise ergonomics of American Eagle instruments.
Highlights of the “strong” version:
- For larger fragments: While the fine and medium models are designed for delicate tips, this model is ideal for removing more massive root remnants in the posterior region.
- Reinforced working end: The geometry of the tip has been deliberately chosen to be more robust in order to ensure maximum fracture resistance even under lateral pressure.
- Deep alveolar access: Despite the stable construction, the working ends are extended so that you can work safely and ergonomically even in deep extraction sockets.
Ergonomics meets high performance
When working with the Root Tip Elevator 3, greater forces are often applied. American Eagle’s special handle design with deep grooves prevents slipping and ensures controlled force transmission directly to the fragment. This minimizes the risk of accidental injury to soft tissue.
The stainless steel used is designed for durability and can withstand frequent sterilization cycles without losing material quality. The matte handle surface guarantees a glare-free view, which provides additional safety, especially during force-intensive procedures under the surgical light.
